By using Kurrent Clothing and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll be refunded in full.

Products

We do our best to represent colors and fits accurately, but screens vary and every piece is made to a relaxed streetwear cut. Slight variation is part of the goods, not a defect.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By checking out you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including tax and shipping.

Shipping & returns

Fulfillment is covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Kurrent name, mark, designs, and site content are our property and may not be copied or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kurrent Clothing is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products.
